On behalf Cass R. Miller, if you or someone you know is interested in applying for the Chicago Housing Authority Family Waitlist Lottery, please stop by the multi-purpose room or log onto www.chawaitlist.org to apply. We will be stationed in the Multi-Purpose Room for the entire week. 

As you may already be aware, the Chicago Housing Authority is opening its wait list for family housing for the first time in ten years. Anyone may apply between June 14 and July 9. All applications must be made on line. 

Please note there is no advantage (or disadvantage) to applying earlier or later during the application period. Once the application period has ended, there will be a lottery to select 40,000 families to be added to the wait list.
